He listened intently to my repair challenges as he surveyed my vehicle. Quickly completed the assessment and prepared the estimate 👀, then we determined when the work could be scheduled—depending on delivery of replacement parts. He informed me of the option to prepay half of the repair cost, then they could order parts which would expedite the shipping/arrival. I agreed, paid on 10/20 and once parts arrived Jennifer informed me the estimated repair would take about 6 days! 😕 I delivered my car on 10/26 repairs were completed earlier than estimated on 10/30! This was my second repair job excellently orchestrated and complet"
